Compatibility Upgrade

The TTC6050 engraving machine comes standard with a 500W spindle and can be used with the Two Trees TC20 module(laser module not included). 65mm and 69mm fixtures are also provided for customized upgrades, such as a 65mm trimmer. It should be noted that the trimmer and module need to be purchased separately

High Safety

The CNC engraving machine is equipped with an infrared beam sensor. When the sensor is triggered, the machine will stop working and report an error until the problem is solved. The control box has a spindle stop function. When the tool needs to be changed, just press the button and the spindle will be powered off, which enhances safety

Large Engraving Area

The CNC engraving machine is equipped with a large-area engraving platform of 600mm x 500mm x 100mm. The X-axis uses a 110mm x 42mm profile, the Y-axis uses a 68mm x 61mm profile, and the Z-axis uses an 80mm x 38mm profile. This design makes the machine more robust

High Precision

The XYZ axis adopts a linear guide drive design and is equipped with a ball screw, which improves accuracy during movement and engraving. The machine uses durable aluminum T-shaped rail extrusions to support the MDF density board. These rails are compatible with various fixture kits, which are convenient for configuring additional components and maintaining and replacing individual MDF density boards when necessary

Dust Baffle Design

The XYZ transmission profile adopts a sealed design, which effectively blocks dust, wood chips, and metal debris from entering the transmission structure, improving the life and operation stability of the ball screw and linear guide
